Peebles leads Administrate, a training management platform used by large, multinational enterprises to coordinate complex instructor-led training at scale, without managing learning content directly. He and Rochelle dig into why as much as 70 to 80 percent of classroom training spend disappears into administrative work, how Administrate is applying AI and automation to attack that cost without sacrificing accuracy, and why a decision the company made back in 2016 to build everything around an open API has become one of its sharpest advantages.<\/p>\n
